REV: 08-22-24 VR <br />street network, bikeway network, existing tree cover, and topography. WRT will provide <br />City staff a comprehensive list of the base maps that they plan to create, and share with <br />City staff to review prior to execution. Additionally, City GIS staff shall review completed <br />map products before final release to confirm accuracy. Where applicable, WRT will <br />produce and also deliver the mapping products as an ArcGIS Pro 3x Project File (.aprx), <br />including the file geodatabase. In addition, if using both ArcGIS Pro 3x (.aprx) and Adobe, <br />WRT will provide both the ArcGIS Pro 3x Project File and Adobe Files used to create the <br />mapping graphic. <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />Virtual meeting to establish data sharing protocols and mapping standards; <br />Library and index of relevant documents and data; <br />Data sharing platform; <br />Base maps delivered as ArcGIS Pro 3x Profile File (.aprx) with a file geodatabase, <br />where applicable. <br />City Responsibility: <br />Providing requested documents and data, subject to availability. <br />Task 2 Summary of Anticipated Meetings, Hearings, & Community Outreach <br />Activities <br />The following will occur during Task 2, and are also summarized in Table 1: <br />Kickoff Meeting; <br />Data sharing/mapping coordination virtual meeting <br />Task 3 – Community Engagement to Inform Public & Receive Input <br />Community outreach and engagement activities in Task 3 emphasize informing the <br />community about key planning topics and best practices, receiving community input on <br />successes and challenges from previous plans and policy initiatives, discovering <br />community member preferences and concerns regarding Framework Plan Alternatives, <br />refining Plan recommendations, and setting Plan priorities. WRT will provide the <br />community—through a wide variety of engagement activities—with opportunities to <br />consider and provide input on a range of topics, including land uses, development <br />intensity, economic development, development caps, community benefits, transportation <br />and circulation, infrastructure, climate adaptation, urban design, public open space, and <br />historic preservation. <br />3a – Community Engagement Strategy with City Council Study Session <br />WRT will work with Convey and Nuestra Casa to develop and implement an innovative, <br />inclusive, and culturally-sensitive community engagement strategy acceptable to the City <br />that engages existing residents and employers, neighborhood and business groups, and <br />harder to reach populations such as youth, students, low-income residents, people with <br />disabilities, and mono-lingual Spanish-speaking residents, among others. <br />ATTY/AGR.2024.139/Wallace Robers & Todd LLC (Downtown & Central RWC) (Page 15 of 60)
