REV: 08-22-24 VR <br />comment on the direction of a draft Plan Framework (Subtask 6c); and to review draft Plan <br />policy recommendations (Subtask 7d). <br />DELIVERABLE: <br />Subtasks 5c, 6c, 7b – PowerPoint preparation and meeting attendance at 3 <br />Architecture and Historic Resources Advisory Committees joint study sessions; <br />Subtasks 5c, 6c, 7d – PowerPoint preparation and meeting attendance at 3 <br />Transportation Advisory Committee study sessions. <br />3l – Architectural, Historic Resources, and Transportation Advisory <br />Committees (Described in project schedule as Boards, Committees & Commissions <br />(BBCs)) <br />As are budgeted within this Subtask and also further described in Subtask 5c and 6c, <br />WRT and Page & Turnbull will present preliminary recommendations as may relate to <br />community character, historical and architectural context, climate adaptation, and other <br />design considerations to the Architectural Advisory Committee (AAC) and Historic <br />Resources Advisory Committee (HRAC). To integrate thinking across design priorities, <br />WRT and Page & Turnbull will present to and facilitate discussion at three joint meetings <br />of the AAC and HRAC in order to receive feedback regarding Plan Framework <br />Alternatives (Subtask 5c); to comment on the direction of a draft Plan Framework <br />(Subtask 6c); and to review draft Plan policy recommendations (Subtask 7b).
