WRT <br />will record comments provided, prepare a list of changes that Planning Commission <br />recommends for City staff’s review present recommendations in the second meeting. <br />DJP&A will record comments provided as to the adequacy of the Draft EIR, which will be <br />responded to in the Final EIR prepared under Task 11b.8. <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />draft and revised PowerPoint and preparation, <br />WRT and DJP&A attendance at PC Hearing, <br />summary of Planning Commission comments and recommendations. <br />9c – City Council Hearing to Consider Adoption of Plan with ODDS & GP <br />Amendments, and Certify EIR <br />WRT, DJPA, and other key members of the team will prepare for and attend one City <br />Council Hearing to review the Draft Plan with ODDS, Draft General Plan Amendments <br />(GPA), and the Final EIR.
