Waive first reading and introduce an ordinance amending Chapter 18 (Local Improvements & <br />Planning) and Chapter 27A (Stormwater Management and Discharge Control Program) of the <br />Redwood City Municipal Code, and repealing and replacing Chapter 30 (Subdivisions); and <br />2. Adopt resolution adopting updated Green Infrastructure Development Standards for new building <br />and substantial commercial remodels in accordance with Chapters 12 and 27A of the Redwood City <br />Municipal Code. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN GUIDING PRINCIPLE <br />Housing <br />Economic Vitality <br />Excellence in Government Operations <br />BACKGROUND <br />The Redwood City Municipal Code (City Code) is a collection of ordinances passed by the City Council that <br />governs certain activities within the City. The City Code sets forth the rules and regulations for a very wide <br />variety of situations and issues, including but not limited to land development, building construction, fire <br />prevention, and health and sanitation.
