<br />30 <br /> <br />9.2 All employees, other than those regularly assigned to fifty-six (56) hour work <br />week, shall be entitled to annual vacation leave as follows: <br /> <br />Employees shall accrue vacation at a rate (3.077 hours per pay period) that yields <br />eighty (80) hours of vacation at the end of each year of service from the first (1st) <br />year through the fourth (4th) year of service. <br /> <br />After completion of the fourth year of service, employees shall accrue vacation <br />at a rate (4.615 hours per pay period) that yields one hundred twenty (120) hours <br />of vacation at the end of each year through the ninth (9th) year of service. <br /> <br />After completion of the ninth (9th) year of service, employees shall accrue <br />vacation at a rate (6.154 hours per pay period) that yields one hundred sixty <br />(160) hours of vacation per year through the fourteenth (14th) year of service. <br /> <br />After completion of the fourteenth (14th) year of service, employees shall accrue <br />vacation at a rate (6.923 hours per pay period) that yields one hundred eighty <br />(180) hours of vacation per year through the nineteenth (19th) year of service. <br /> <br />After completion of the nineteenth (19th) year of service, employees shall accrue <br />vacation at a rate (7.692 hours per pay period) that yields two hundred (200) <br />hours of vacation per year. <br /> <br />9.3 All employees assigned to a fifty-six (56) hour workweek schedule shall be <br />entitled to annual vacation leave as follows: <br /> <br />Employees shall accrue vacation at a rate (4.615 hours per pay period) that yields <br />one hundred twenty (120) hours of vacation at the end of each year of service <br />from the first (1st) year through the fourth (4th) year of service. <br /> <br />After completion of the fourth (4th) year of service, employees shall accrue <br />vacation at a rate (7.385 hours per pay period) that yields one hundred ninety - <br />two (192) hours of vacation at the end of each year through the ninth (9th) year <br />of service. <br /> <br />After completion of the ninth (9th) year of service, employees shall accrue <br />vacation at a rate (8.615 hours per pay period) that yields two hundred twenty - <br />four (224) hours of vacation per year through the fourteenth (14th) year of <br />service. <br /> <br />After completion of the fourteenth (14th) year of service, employees shall accrue <br />vacation at a rate (9.692 hours per pay period) that yields two hundred fifty-two <br />(252) hours of vacation per year through the nineteenth (19th) year of service. <br /> <br />6.A. - Page 41 of 99 <br />48
