Page 5 of 7 <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.I.Agreement for Services with the Redwood City School District for $1,184,298 <br />for 2024-2025 extended day learning services funded by State grants and <br />participant fees (no General Fund contribution required) <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the <br />Agreement for Services with the Redwood City School District for $1,184,298 for <br />2024-2025 extended day learning services. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.J.Agreement for Services with Browning-Ferris Industries of California, Inc. to <br />provide disposal services for soils and mixed material construction debris <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, determine that due to the nature of services, a competitive bidding <br />process is not likely to serve the best interest of the City, and approve and <br />authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement for Services with Browning- <br />Ferris Industries of California, Inc. to provide disposal services for soils and mixed <br />material construction debris for a two-year term through 2026 in an amount not <br />to exceed $560,000, including City Manager authority to extend the agreement <br />for two additional two-year terms through 2030 for $576,800 and $594,104 each <br />extension respectively, for a potential aggregate not-to-exceed amount of <br />$1,730,904 (requires 5/7 vote). <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.K.Agreement for Services with Lockworks Unlimited, Inc. for annual access <br />control system management and on-call locksmith services to maintain <br />operability of access software and hardware for City facilities through <br />December 31, 2029 <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, determine that due to nature of the products and support services, <br />competitive bidding is not likely to serve the best interests of the City or result in <br />the lowest price, and approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an <br />agreement for services through December 31, 2029 with Lockworks Unlimited, <br />Inc. in an amount not to exceed $711,592 (requires 5/7 vote). <br />5
