Existing Facilities <br />6.L.Master Purchase Agreement with Statewide Traffic Safety and Signs, Inc. dba <br />AWP Safety to supply traffic signs, safety products, and related services <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Master <br />Purchase Agreement for as-needed traffic supplies and services with Statewide <br />Traffic Safety and Signs, Inc. dba AWP Safety for a one-year term through 2025 in <br />an amount not to exceed $130,000, including City Manager authority to extend <br />the agreement for two additional two-year periods through 2029, for an <br />aggregate not-to-exceed amount of $690,187. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.M.Approve September 9, 2024 City Council Minutes <br />6.N.Approve claims and checks from September 23, 2024 to October 14, 2024 and <br />the usual and necessary payments through October 14, 2024 <br />7.PUBLIC HEARINGS - None <br />8.STAFF REPORTS Page 245 <br />8.A.Waive the first reading and introduce an ordinance amending Municipal Code <br />Chapters 18 (Local Improvements & Planning) and 27A (Stormwater <br />Management and Discharge Control Program), and repealing and replacing <br />Municipal Code Chapter 30 (Subdivisions), to conform to current laws, provide <br />greater streamlining of subdivision applications, and improve flexibility to <br />accommodate housing developments <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Waive first reading and introduce an ordinance amending Chapter 18 (Local <br />Improvements & Planning) and Chapter 27A (Stormwater Management and <br />Discharge Control Program) of the Redwood City Municipal Code, and repealing <br />and replacing Chapter 30 (Subdivisions); and <br />2. Adopt resolution adopting updated Green Infrastructure Development <br />Standards for new building and substantial commercial remodels in accordance <br />with Chapters 12 and 27A of the Redwood City Municipal Code. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6
