Waive first reading and introduce an ordinance amending Chapter 18 (Local <br />Improvements & Planning) and Chapter 27A (Stormwater Management and <br />Discharge Control Program) of the Redwood City Municipal Code, and repealing <br />and replacing Chapter 30 (Subdivisions); and <br />2.
