REV: 10-05-23 VR <br />Deliverables: <br />1. Submit and present the working mockup of resin clad structure per the approved plan. <br />2. Provide a preliminary review of structural systems, lighting, and electrical systems. <br />3. Site visit for field observations and measurements, if necessary. <br />Meetings: <br />• Present mock-up at on-site or virtual meetings as needed. <br />Subtask 1.3: Final Clad Design & Final Mockup <br />Upon completion of the conceptual design Artist will prepare a final design to share with <br />design team and general contractor. <br />Deliverables: <br />1. Present final design and mock-up at on-site or virtual meeting to design team. <br />2. Coordinate any modifications required for construction drawings with design team. <br />3. Submit final mockup. <br />4. Review construction drawings and specifications for notes to be added to construction <br />documents regarding clad work and coordination with general contractor. <br />Meetings: <br />• Attend on-site and virtual meetings as needed. <br />Task 2: Art Installation at the Park <br />Subtask 2.1: Review Final Design with the General Contractor and Construction <br />Team <br />The Artist will present the mockup and final design with the design team and the <br />construction team, and explain the cladding installation process to team. <br />Meetings: <br />• Attend on-site and virtual meetings as needed. <br />Subtask 2.2: Complete Art Installation <br />Art installation will focus on the offsite fabrication of the resin clad structure. The Artist <br />shall install the cladding for cupola, roof panels, siding and columns of the metal structure, <br />and all seams to build a waterproof cover. <br />The art is completed when the resin-mix clad entirely covers the metal structure and <br />conforms to the artist’s rendering and/or illustration in scale, color and finishes as <br />approved by Arts Commission. <br />Deliverables: <br />1. Off-site fabrication of art necessary for art installation <br />2. Delivery of all materials and parts necessary for art installation to the site <br />3. Complete art installation at the site <br />4.
