SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Task 1 – Preparatory Meetings <br />Consultant shall meet via videoconference with Public Works Services (PWS) staff <br />up to four (4) times, as needed, to prepare a presentation and PowerPoint slide <br />deck on Redwood City Sea Level Rise Vulnerability for a scheduled City Council <br />Study Session on Sea Level Rise. Consultant shall provide and discuss draft <br />presentations and PowerPoint slide decks at each meeting to determine if <br />revisions are needed and to finalize the final presentation and slide deck for the <br />Council Study Session. At least one meeting shall include a rehearsal of the <br />presentation in preparation for the City Council Study Session. <br />Deliverables <br />Consultant shall conduct presentation draft review meetings (up to four (4) <br />meetings by video conference) to provide and discuss presentation and <br />PowerPoint drafts. <br />Task 2 – Prepare Draft Redwood City Sea Level Rise Vulnerability <br />Presentation <br />Consultant shall provide a draft 15-minute presentation and PowerPoint slide deck <br />based on the final Redwood City Sea Level Rise Vulnerability Report and <br />Community Workshop PowerPoint slide deck (May 2024) to PWS staff for review <br />and provide comments for revision, as needed. <br />Deliverables <br />Consultant shall prepare a draft presentation and PowerPoint slide deck on <br />the Redwood City Sea Level Rise Vulnerability Report <br />Task 3 – Revise and Finalize Draft Redwood City Sea Level Rise Vulnerability <br />Presentation <br />Consultant shall revise draft presentations and PowerPoint slide decks, as needed, <br />according to the comments provided by PWS at the preparatory meetings. <br />Consultant shall prepare revisions of the presentation and PowerPoint slide <br />deck as needed based on the outcomes of the preparatory meetings. <br />Consultant shall prepare a final presentation and PowerPoint slide deck. <br />ATTY/AGR.2024.160/Environmental Science Associates (Sea Level Rise Study Session) (Page 11 of 13)
