No out-of-scope work shall be undertaken without <br />written approval from the Public Works Director or their designee. A contingency <br />amount of $2,688 shall be available for approved out-of-scope work, and the total not- <br />to-exceed value of the Agreement is $10,000 as identified in Section 6, Compensation. <br />Out-of-scope work shall be billed based on the rate schedules below.
