REV: 08-13-24 LF <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Scope of Services: <br />Contractor shall furnish all necessary supervision, labor and materials needed to inspect, <br />test, and repair electrical control systems required to keep, operate and maintain City <br />owned waste disposal and water systems. <br />A) Electrical Services <br />1) Testing, maintenance, repair, programming and replacement services for: <br />•Switchgears, distribution panels, panel boards, subpanels <br />•Transformers <br />•Variable frequency drives (VFDs), soft starters, AC motors, motor control cabinets <br />(MCCs) <br />•Circuit breakers, disconnect switches, contactors, relays, fuses, panel indicators <br />and all low voltage electrical equipment <br />2) Replacement of interior and exterior lighting <br />•HID, fluorescent, ballast, LED, switches, exit signs, emergency lights and control <br />units <br />3) Electrical alternation and modification service for all site equipment / machinery. <br />•Electrical wires, fixtures, receptacles, switches, conduits, etc. <br />B) Condition Monitoring, Preventative Maintenance and Reliability Services <br />•VFD / soft starter / MCC monitoring service; <br />o 55-point Quality Assurance Inspection and Certified-VFD start-up services <br />•Advanced AC motor condition monitoring service <br />o Vibration analysis <br />o Surge and Hipot test <br />o LCR testing <br />o Laser shaft alignment <br />o Insulation resistance test <br />o Motor shaft voltage test <br />•Thermograph (IR) inspection service <br />•Circuit breaker testing services <br />o Primary injection testing for LV circuit breakers to verify response under <br />overload and fault current conditions. <br />o Contact resistance testing <br />o Insulation resistance testing <br />C) Equipment Repair Services <br />•Repair service includes a full inspection, individual component analysis and <br />replacement for all industrial automation, electrical parts (VFD, soft starters, digital <br />input/output boards, analog input/output boards, power analyzers, etc.) <br />ATTY/AGR.2024.128/NAZ & CO. dba True Blue Automation Services (Industrial Electrical Control Repair Services) (Page 11 of 12)
