REV: 08-13-24 LF <br />Fees: <br />Contractor shall provide the services under the Agreement on a time and materials basis <br />for a total amount not to exceed $400,000. Materials purchased by the Contractor to <br />complete the required services shall be billed at cost with a 15% mark-up.
