Notwithstanding Table 30-1, if the Review Authority for the decision is the City Engineer <br />or Zoning Administrator, the City Engineer or Zoning Administrator may refer the decision to <br />the Planning Commission at their discretion. <br />C. If an application for a subdivision map or other approval regulated by this Chapter is <br />accompanied by one or more applications for other approvals or permits required by the <br />Municipal Code or the Zoning Code, the highest Review Authority shall make the decision on <br />all applications. <br />D. The Review Authority for urban lot splits (Article XII) and ministerial approvals for <br />development projects of 10 units or less (Article XIII) shall be acted upon ministerially by the <br />City Engineer. <br /> <br /> <br />
