Agreement for Services with Browning-Ferris Industries of California, Inc. to provide <br />disposal services for soils and mixed material construction debris (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, determine that due to the nature of services, a competitive bidding process <br />is not likely to serve the best interest of the City, and approve and authorize the City <br />Manager to execute an Agreement for Services with Browning-Ferris Industries of <br />California, Inc. to provide disposal services for soils and mixed material construction <br />debris for a two-year term through 2026 in an amount not to exceed $560,000, including <br />City Manager authority to extend the agreement for two additional two-year terms <br />through 2030 for $576,800 and $594,104 each extension respectively, for a potential <br />aggregate not-to-exceed amount of $1,730,904 (requires 5/7 vote). <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 6.K. Agreement for Services with Lockworks Unlimited, Inc. for annual access control <br />system management and on-call locksmith services to maintain operability of access <br />software and hardware for City facilities through December 31, 2029 (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, determine that due to nature of the products and support services, <br />competitive bidding is not likely to serve the best interests of the City or result in the <br />lowest price, and approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement for <br />services through December 31, 2029 with Lockworks Unlimited, Inc. in an amount not to <br />exceed $711,592 (requires 5/7 vote). <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 1. Existing Facilities <br /> <br /> <br /> 6.L. Master Purchase Agreement with Statewide Traffic Safety and Signs, Inc. dba AWP <br />Safety to supply traffic signs, safety products, and related services (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Master Purchase <br />Agreement for as-needed traffic supplies and services with Statewide Traffic Safety and <br />Signs, Inc. dba AWP Safety for a one-year term through 2025 in an amount not to exceed <br />$130,000, including City Manager authority to extend the agreement for two additional <br />6.F. - Page 5 of 8 <br />179
