Waive first reading and introduce an ordinance amending Chapter 18 (Local <br />Improvements & Planning) and Chapter 27A (Stormwater Management and Discharge <br />Control Program) of the Redwood City Municipal Code, and repealing and replacing <br />Chapter 30 (Subdivisions); and <br />2.
