City Manager (Oral) Update - City Manager Melissa Stevenson Diaz gave the following <br />updates: <br />• Attended September 21-24 ICMA conference in Pittsburgh, PA, where City staff <br />presented on racial justice and right-sizing best practices in public safety <br />• Thanked staff who supported Sister Cities event and Caltrain Electrification <br />event over the weekend <br />• Applications are open now through October 14, 2024 applications for a six- <br />month program for Vibrant Opportunities for Involvement, Community, and <br />Empowerment (VOICE) 2024-2025 leadership program, more information at <br />www.yli.org. <br /> <br />11.
