Page 2 of 5 <br />1.CALL TO ORDER <br />2.ROLL CALL <br />3.PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - Council Member Aguirre <br />4.PRESENTATIONS/ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS <br />4.A.Port of Redwood City annual update <br />4.B.Proclamation recognizing Indigenous Peoples' Day <br />5.PUBLIC COMMENT ON THE CONSENT CALENDAR, MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST <br />AND ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />6.CONSENT CALENDAR Page 6 <br />6.A.Agreement for Services with Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) <br />to assess the City’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement for <br />services with Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) to conduct an <br />assessment of the City’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system’s <br />effectiveness in meeting the City’s specific needs in the areas of human <br />resources, payroll, project portfolio management (cost recovery), purchasing and <br />procurement, and potentially other areas and make recommendations to <br />improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the system including a contingent <br />amount for optional services, in an amount not to exceed $160,000. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.B.Award contract to Kimley-Horn to complete the outreach and design phase for <br />Roosevelt Avenue Permanent Traffic Calming Project, with funding provided by <br />grant funds <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement <br />for Services with Kimley-Horn to develop Plans, Specifications, and Estimates <br />(PS&E) and assist with neighborhood outreach for the Roosevelt Avenue <br />Permanent Traffic Calming Project in the amount of $379,305 and authorize the <br />City Manager to increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the <br />contract amount, not to exceed $417,236. <br />2
