Agreement for Services with Government Finance <br /> Officers Association (GFOA) to assess the City’s <br /> Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to <br />execute an agreement for services with Government Finance <br />Officers Association (GFOA) to conduct an assessment of the <br />City’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system’s <br />effectiveness in meeting the City’s specific needs in the areas <br />of human resources, payroll, project portfolio management <br />(cost recovery), purchasing and procurement, and potentially <br />other areas and make recommendations to improve the <br />efficiency and effectiveness of the system including a <br />contingent amount for optional services, in an amount not to <br />exceed $160,000.
