Award contract to Kimley-Horn to complete the <br /> outreach and design phase for Roosevelt <br /> Avenue Permanent Traffic Calming Project, with funding <br />provided by grant funds <br /> Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to <br />execute the Agreement for Services with Kimley-Horn to <br />develop Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) and <br />assist with neighborhood outreach for the Roosevelt Avenue <br />Permanent Traffic Calming Project in the amount of $379,305 <br />and authorize the City Manager to increase the contract <br />amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the contract amount, not <br />to exceed $417,236.
