CONSENT CALENDAR - Continued <br /> 6.C. Final acceptance of the Belmont Slough Emergency <br /> Levee Repair project <br /> Recommendation: <br /> 1. By motion, accept the Belmont Slough Emergency Levee Repair <br />project and authorize the release of bonds and retention according to <br />City procedures; and <br />2. By motion, approve the City Manager’s emergency action and <br />determine that the Belmont Slough Emergency Levee Repair project <br />was necessary to respond to the emergency, retroactively authorize <br />the City Manager’s execution of the construction contract with Dixon <br />Marine Services, Inc. for $667,789, Agreement for Services for <br />geotechnical design and inspection with ENGEO, Inc. for $36,000, <br />Agreement for Services for biological monitoring with Montrose <br />Environmental Solutions, Inc. for $46,339, and amendment to the <br />Agreement for Services with Montrose Environmental Services, Inc. <br />for $13,345.
