The City Code sets forth the rules and regulations for a very wide <br />variety of situations and issues, including but not limited to land development, building construction, fire <br />prevention, and health and sanitation. The City Code serves to promote the public health, safety, and <br />general welfare of the community. <br />In addition to the City Code, there are state and federal laws that govern certain City processes and <br />procedures.
