REV: 09-04-24 LF <br />Task 2 – Plan Review <br />Review project grading, improvement, and foundation plans and specifications for <br />conformance with the geotechnical report and provide letters summarizing the review. <br />Optional Additional Services: If additional reviews by the DSA is required beyond the <br />two rounds provided in the Agreement during the review period, City shall pay $______to <br />the Consultant for each review. These services must be approved in writing by the City <br />before additional work is undertaken. <br />FEE <br />City shall pay the Consultant on a per task basis as per the fee schedule below: <br />Scope of Services Fee <br />Task 1 - Geotechnical Exploration $34,900 <br />Task 2 – Plan Review $ 5,000 <br />Optional Additional Services <br />$ 3,990 <br />Total $43,890 <br />Site Access <br />Necessary removal or unlocking of fences or gates, permission to enter the site from the <br />owner, and/or required use permits must be secured by the City prior to the field activities. <br />Consultant will provide appropriate notification to Underground Service Alert prior to <br />performing exploration to locate public utilities in potential conflict with the proposed <br />subsurface exploration. Consultant or its subcontractor will accept no responsibility for <br />damage to existing utilities not accurately located if Consultant complies with the CA <br />Government section 4216.2 and 4216.4. <br />ATTY/AGR.2024.153/ENGEO Incoporated (Hoover Park Geotechinical) (Page 13 of 13)
