REV: 08-29-24 MI <br />Mobile locksmith services include, but are not limited to: <br />1.Repairing existing door hardware; <br />2.Installing new door hardware; <br />3.Updating door hardware to meet disability access and life safety code compliance; <br />4.Rekeying door, filing cabinet, or other locks; <br />5.Duplicating keys, including vehicle keys; <br />6.Removing and properly disposing of all waste generated by the work; and <br />7.Maintaining an adequate and appropriate inventory of parts necessary to perform the <br />work. <br />FEES <br />City shall pay Contractor on a per task basis per the fee schedule below. <br />Task 1: Galaxy Access Control System <br />Term Flat-Fee <br />Effective Date of Agreement through December 31, 2025 $ 25,140 <br />January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026 $ 26,145 <br />January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027 $ 27,190 <br />January 1, 2028 through December 31, 2028 $ 28,277 <br />January 1, 2029 through December 31, 2029 $ 29,408 <br />Task 2: Schlage Quad Primus Master Key System <br />Term Flat-Fee <br />Effective Date of Agreement through December 31, 2025 $ 6,240 <br />January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026 $ 6,490 <br />January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027 $ 6,750 <br />January 1, 2028 through December 31, 2028 $ 7,020 <br />January 1, 2029 through December 31, 2029 $ 7,300 <br />Task 3: On-Call Services <br />Term Not to Exceed <br />Effective Date of Agreement through December 31, 2029 $ 541,632 <br />On-call services occurring during normal business hours between the hours of 8:00 AM until 5:00 <br />PM shall be billed invoiced using the “regular” hourly rate. Services requested after 5:00 PM but <br />before 10:00 PM shall be billed using the “overtime” hourly rate.
