REV: 08-21-24 MI <br />Fee <br />Consultant shall bill City on a time and materials basis per the fee schedule below in an <br />amount not to exceed Forty Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Dollars ($49,740). <br />Invoices shall be billed monthly with Net 30 payment terms. <br />Staff Labor Rate ($/Hour) <br />Principal Engineer, Subject Matter Expert (SME) $260 <br />Management Partner SME $220 <br />Collection System SME $200 <br />Administrative $120 <br />•Outside services printing, shipping, and reproduction efforts, supplies, travel, etc. <br />will be billed at actual costs plus 10%. <br />•Travel time labor rates will be billed at ½ staff hourly rates. <br />•Travel incidental allowances not to exceed $100/day for each 24-hour period. <br />•Travel mileage will be billed at $0.67 per mile for 2024, and the appropriate Internal <br />Revenue Service standard mileage rate will be billed for any travel in 2025. <br />•Subconsultant fees will be billed at actual cost plus 10%. <br />ATTY/AGR.2024.135/Fischer Compliance, LLC (Update Sewer System Maintenance Plan (SSMP)) (Page 12 of 12)
