Stormwater BMPs - Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program Best Management <br />Practices (BMPs) for construction shall be implemented to protect water quality, in <br />accordance with the approved Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). <br />BMP plan sheets are available electronically for inserting into project plans. <br />[SDR][ENGINEERING] <br /> <br />Street Infrastructure Improvements <br />39. Streetlights - A new streetlight shall be installed, if needed, as determined by the <br />City Engineer. The style and location of all streetlights shall be as determined by the <br />City Engineer and Planning Manager. [SDR][ENGINEERING] <br />40. Repair or Replace Street Infrastructure - Restore streets surrounding the project <br />site to the satisfaction of the City Engineer prior to issuance of a Certificate of <br />Occupancy. This shall include, at a minimum, grind/overlay of half width of both <br />frontage streets. When this requires additional pavement restoration, the Engineer <br />shall approve the preferred layout of pavement markings. [SDR][ENGINEERING] <br /> <br />41. Shoring for Excavations – No tiebacks shall extend into the public right of way or <br />onto adjacent properties without the written agreement of the City and/or private <br />property owner. Any tie-backs within the City’s right of way shall be de-tensioned <br />prior to permit sign-off and/or project acceptance. [COA] [ENGINEERING] <br />Fire and Safety <br /> <br />42. Construction Permits. Individual building and fire code permit reviews will be <br />required on all demolitions, remodels, tenant improvements, and new construction <br />in accordance with the legally adopted codes and standards in place at the time of <br />building permit application. [COA] [FIRE] <br />43. Premise Identification - Address Numbers. All buildings must be provided with <br />address identification that is legible and placed in a position that is visible from the <br />street or road facing the street from which the building takes the address, numbers <br />to be a minimum size of 12-inch in height, with contrasting background, and all <br />address numbers to be illuminated and visible from the street during darkness. An emergency <br />responder radio coverage system (ERRCS) is required. [CFC §510.1] The enclosure <br />of the ERRCS head-end and riser connection equipment room must be installed and <br />protected with two-hour fire-rated construction. The backbone cable enclosure must <br />be installed and protected with two-hour fire-rated construction, and penetrations <br />protected in accordance with the CBC §714. The room in which the ERRCS head- <br />end unit is installed must be provided with air conditioning to protect against
