The report should include the restoration, rehabilitation, and maintenance techniques that will be applied and the location of all the exterior material that will be retained. The Project shall remove the exterior paint; in the event that the Applicant demonstrates to the Community Development Director/designee that paint removal is infeasible, the Project will be required to repaint.
