The report should include the restoration, <br />rehabilitation, and maintenance techniques that will be applied and the location of <br />all the exterior material that will be retained. The Project shall remove the exterior <br />paint; in the event that the Applicant demonstrates to the Community Development <br />Director/designee that paint removal is infeasible, the Project will be required to <br />repaint. [COA][PLANNING] <br />Fees <br />The following fees must be paid in full prior to issuance of a building permit unless <br />otherwise described below. <br /> <br />5. Transportation Impact Fee - Pay a Traffic Impact Fee for the net new trips resulting <br />from the proposed project, estimated at $10,554.24. [SDR] [ENGINEERING] <br />6. Public Art In-Lieu Fee – The Project must install Public Art on the project site or, in <br />lieu of such installation, pay a Public Art In-Lieu Fee. The in-lieu fee shall be equal <br />to 1% of the construction valuation, or the difference between 1% of the construction <br />valuation and the value of art provided on-site. Affordable Housing Impact Fee – Pay an Affordable Housing Impact Fee for the <br />net new commercial sq. ft. calculated at 56,914 sq. ft. from the proposed project, <br />estimated at $152,105.67. School Impact Fee – For residential additions greater than 500 square feet and <br />new commercial or industrial construction, pay a School Impact Fee to the Sequoia <br />Union High School District. Water Fees – Pay applicable water fees as outlined on the City’s Master Fee <br />Schedule, including but not limited to, Water Capacity Charge, Water System Capital <br />Facilities Fee, Water Service Tap Fee, and Water Meter Installation Fee, estimated <br />at $219,073.88. Final fee amounts will be determined based on the final, approved, <br />project plans. [SDR, MC 38.14][ENGINEERING] <br /> <br />10. Sewer Fees – Pay applicable sewer fees as outlined on the City’s Master Fee <br />Schedule, including but not limited to, Sewer System Capital Facilities Fee and <br />Wastewater Treatment Capacity Fee, estimated at $121,233.64.
