The design or improvements of the proposed subdivision will not <br />conflict with essential public easements for access through, or use of, <br />property within the proposed subdivision, unless acceptable alternate public <br />easements will be provided. <br /> <br />The proposed tentative map and associated improvements do not conflict with <br />essential public easements for access through, or use of, property within the <br />proposed project site. Additionally, the proposed project would not be in conflict <br />with existing public utilities and associated improvements. <br /> <br />e. Such other findings of conflict with written public policy or with the <br />public interest as the Planning Commission may determine. <br /> <br />The project does not conflict with written public policy or the public interest. <br /> <br />Section 5. Approval Subject to Conditions: The Planned Community Permit, <br />with 30 percent parking reduction and height exceptions for the medical office building <br />and parking garage, and the Tentative Parcel Map are hereby approved based on the <br />Planning Commission’s consideration and reliance on the Consistency Checklist, EIR, <br />Precise Plan and in accordance with the plans, details and descriptions contained therein, <br />subject to the Conditions of Approval (Exhibit A) attached hereto and incorporated herein <br />by reference. <br /> <br />Section 6.
