The information added in the FEIR and any Errata does not constitute new <br />significant information requiring recirculation. <br /> <br />f. Based on the City’s review of the FEIR, it has been determined that the <br />Project may have significant and unavoidable effects on the environment, but the <br />benefits of implementation of the Project outweigh those impacts as described in <br />the Findings and Statements Required by CEQA and Statement of Overriding <br />Considerations described in section (g) below. <br /> <br />g. Pursuant to Section 15091 of the CEQA Guidelines, the City’s actions with <br />respect to the Project are based upon the Findings and Statements Required by <br />CEQA and Statement of Overriding Considerations attached hereto as Exhibit A <br />and incorporated herein by reference, which findings are supported by substantial <br />evidence in the record. <br /> <br />h. Specific economic, legal, social, technological, or other benefits outweigh <br />the unavoidable adverse environmental effects identified in the FEIR. <br /> <br />i. Pursuant to Section 15091 of the CEQA Guidelines, any subsequent <br />actions or approvals to implement the project shall be based upon and subject to <br />the findings, conclusions, mitigation measures and statements set forth in the FEIR <br />(including the MMRP) and the Findings and Statements Required by the California <br />Environmental Quality Act and Statement of Overriding Considerations attached <br />hereto as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
