In addition, a Condition of Approval has been incorporated that would <br />ensure compliance with the stormwater runoff requirements per the City’s <br />Engineering standards. <br />Section 6. The Planning Commission hereby approves the Project, <br />and Tentative Map (TM2021-002), Condominium Permit (CP2020-005), and <br />Architectural Permit (2020-060) are hereby granted based on the Planning <br />Commission’s consideration and reliance on the CEQA Memorandum and in <br />accordance with the attached and referenced plans, details and descriptions <br />contained herein, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and <br />subject to the Conditions of Approval in Exhibit A. <br /> <br />Section 7.
