In accordance with Government Code Section 66473.5, the proposed <br />subdivision is consistent with the General Plan. The proposed Tentative Parcel Map is <br />compatible with the objectives, policies, general land uses, and programs specified in the <br />City’s General Plan as described in the accompanying staff report. <br /> <br />Section 7. The Planning Commission hereby approves Tentative Parcel Map <br />TM2023-005, subject to the Conditions of Approval as set forth in Exhibit A, attached <br />hereto and incorporated by reference, in accordance with Chapter 30 of the Redwood <br />City Municipal Code. <br /> <br />Section 8.
