ATTY/RESO.0019/PC RESO 2336 EL CAMINO REAL
REV: 05-01-24 VR
features, permeable pavement materials, infiltration basins or engineered
designs.

The project complies with the zoning standards for on-site permeable area. The
project’s landscaping features will provide appropriate drainage to capture and
treat stormwater using flow-through planters and bioretention areas. In addition, a
Condition of Approval has been incorporated that would ensure compliance with
the stormwater runoff requirements per the City’s Engineering standards.

Section 6. Pursuant to Zoning Code Article 30 (Off-Street Parking and Loading),
Section 30.5, the Commission finds that the project site has adequate on-street parking
on the Center Street frontage and is in close proximity to retail services, namely the
Woodside Central Shopping Center and numerous retail and services on El Camino Real,
therefore the requirement for two visitor parking spaces can be waived.

Section 7. The Tentative Map, Condominium Permit, and Architectural Permit are
hereby granted based on the Planning Commission’s consideration and reliance on the
CEQA memorandum and the required permit findings and in accordance with the plans,
details, and descriptions and subject to the Conditions of Approval in Exhibit A.

Section 8. This Resolution is effective upon its adoption.

* * *
