New car, boat, or trailer sales, rental and repair; <br />B. Parking lots and garages; <br />C. Sales or service establishments and sales of new merchandise and equipment; <br />D. Hotels, and motels, nursing homes, nursery schools and day care centers; <br />E. Administrative, business or professional offices with a gross floor area of less than ten thousand <br />(10,000) square feet; <br />F. Medical offices, or medical clinics with a gross floor area of less than two thousand five hundred <br />(2,500) square feet; <br />G. Commercial passenger terminal facilities, including bus or train terminals and ambulance services; <br />H. Garden nurseries; <br />I. Schools and studios for arts, trades, and professions not including industrial machinery or <br />processes; <br />J. Family child care homes, within residential structures, in accordance with the provisions of <br />Section 39.3; <br />K. Financial services with a gross floor area of less than five thousand (5,000) square feet; <br />L. Child care centers of up to sixty (60) children.; 1 <br />M. Nursing homes; 1 <br />N. Low-barrier navigation centers within the CG-R (General Commercial – Residential) District; <br />O. Any use not explicitly listed in this Section is prohibited, except that the Zoning Administrator may <br />permit any use not listed herein if the use is determined to be a similar and/or compatible use to <br />any use herein and meets the purpose and intent of the Zoning District. <br />Footnotes: <br />1. A), 7-24-23) <br />15.4 - Conditional Uses. <br />The following uses are permitted in the CG District subject to first securing a Use Permit: <br />A. Public or quasi-public uses; <br />B. Automobile service stations, cabinet shops, electrical, plumbing, or heating shops, sheet metal <br />shops, upholstery shops, bakeries, creameries, bottling plants, laundries, and cleaning and dyeing
