<br />establishments, so long as any activities or operations connected therewith which are normally
<br />capable of creating noise, odor, glare, or dust are located wholly within a completely enclosed
<br />building or room having no exterior entrance within fifty (50) feet of any street or adjacent
<br />property unless such entrance is completely shielded by part of the building from such street or
<br />adjacent property;
<br />C. Animal hospitals, veterinary clinics, and completely enclosed, soundproofed kennels;
<br />D. Commercial recreation facilities, including, but not limited to, swimming pools, bowling alleys,
<br />skating rinks, golf-driving ranges, and dance halls;
<br />E. Bars, restaurants, catering establishments, and drive-through eating establishments, including
<br />the sale of alcoholic beverages;
<br />F. Lumber yards, building material sales yards, and public utility service and corporation yards.
<br />Concrete or asphalt batch or mixing plants are not permitted in the CG District;
<br />G. Funeral homes and mortuaries;
<br />H. Warehouses and storage buildings;
<br />I. Bookstores;
<br />J. Sales of used merchandise, including cars, boats, and trailers;
<br />K. Operation of amusement games at a place of business that operates five (5) or more of such
<br />games, the operation of which is the primary source of revenue for such business;
<br />L. Parking lots and garages, as defined in Article 2;
<br />M. Administrative, business or professional offices with a gross floor area of ten thousand (10,000)
<br />square feet or more;
<br />N. Any permitted or conditionally permitted use when conducted primarily outside a building;
<br />O. Any other use not otherwise listed in this Sectionarticle, which is determined by the Zoning
<br />Administrator, after a public hearing, to be of the same general character asa similar and/or
<br />compatible use to any the conditionally permitted uses in by this Sectionarticle, and is not
<br />inconsistent with the purpose and intent of this article;
<br />P. Child care centers of more than sixty (60) children; 1
<br />Q. Financial services with a gross floor area of five thousand (5,000) square feet or more;
<br />R. Medical offices or medical clinics with a gross floor area of two thousand five hundred (2,500)
<br />square feet or more.
