Adoption of these <br />amendments to the Zoning Code does not in itself involve any physical <br />development activity and future development would be subject to separate <br />environmental review under CEQA. <br /> <br />Section 4. Recommendation of Ordinance. The Planning Commission of the <br />City of Redwood City hereby recommends that the City Council adopt an Ordinance to <br />amend the Zoning Code as provided in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated by <br />reference, by adding text shown in underline (example) and deleting the text shown in <br />strikeout (example). Wording in brackets ([example]) is informational only and is not to be <br />included in the published ordinance. The Planning Commission also unanimously <br />recommended that the City Council amend Exhibit A to reduce the minimum parking <br />requirement for the Group Home land use in mixed-use districts in Article 30.4(B) to zero, <br />such that no parking would be required. <br /> <br />Section 5.
