ATTY/RESO.0070/CC RESO 1900 BROADWAY (CEQA) <br />REV: 10-23-24 VR <br />Page 5 of 5 <br />it does not restrict development density through dwellings units per acre or floor <br />area ratio; 2) the Project is consistent with the DTPP design regulations because <br />the proposed building fits within the allowable development envelope; and, 3) the <br />DTPP Plan-Wide Amendments program SEIR analyzed the increase in maximum <br />development cap resulting in part from redevelopment of 1900 Broadway; and <br /> <br />e. As set forth in CEQA Guidelines Section 15183, Subdivisions (a), (b), and <br />(d), for the reasons stated in the Record, the proposed Project is consistent with <br />the General Plan and Downtown Precise Plan which provides the necessary <br />development standards to accommodate the proposed development density. <br />Further, as discussed in the Consistency Checklist, there are no environmental <br />effects which are peculiar to the Project or its site, nor are there any new significant <br />effects that were not already identified and analyzed in the certified DTPP EIR and <br />DTPP SEIR, nor are there any potentially significant off-site impacts or cumulative <br />impacts that were not already identified and analyzed in the certified DTPP EIR <br />and DTPP SEIR, nor is there substantial new information which was not known at <br />the time of the certification of the DTPP EIR and DTPP SEIR that identifies any <br />significant effects which will have a more severe adverse impact than discussed in <br />the certified DTPP EIR and DTPP SEIR. The feasible mitigation measures <br />specified in the DTPP EIR and DTPP SEIR have been included in the Project’s <br />Conditions of Approval. <br /> <br />f. As set forth in CEQA Guidelines Sections 15168, 15162, and 15163, the <br />proposed Project will not result in any new or more significant environmental <br />effects or require new mitigation measures beyond those identified in the DTPP <br />EIR and DTPP SEIR MMRPs. No new environmental document is required. As a <br />result, pursuant to Public Resources Code Section 21083.3 and CEQA Guidelines <br />Section 15183, the Project is exempt and does not require further environmental <br />review under CEQA. <br /> <br />g. Pursuant to Guidelines Section 15091(e), the documents and other <br />materials that constitute the record of proceedings upon which the City Council <br />has based its decision are located in and may be obtained from, the Office of the <br />City Clerk at 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, California. The City Clerk is <br />the custodian of records for all matters before the City. <br /> <br />Section 4. The City Council hereby makes the findings contained in this Resolution <br />and determines that the Project is exempt from further environmental review pursuant to <br />CEQA Guidelines Sections 15168, 15183, 15162, and 15163. <br /> <br />Section 5.
