Learn why this is important <br />Hello, <br />I am writing in support of the proposed City of Redwood City Sanctuary City Ordinance. I do <br />not believe city resources or employees, including law enforcement, should be cooperating <br />with federal immigration authorities to locate or detain our neighbors. As the proposed <br />ordinance states, a significant percentage (32.1%) of Redwood City's population is foreign- <br />born, and make significant contributions to the cultural and economic life of the city. <br />Thank you. <br />--Ann Myers <br />Redwood City <br />District 3
