By motion, approve Tentative Agreement relative to wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of <br />employment for employees represented by the RCPOA, for the period of August 26, 2024 through August <br />29, 2027; <br />2. Adopt a resolution amending the City’s Classification and Salary and Wage Plan for classifications <br />represented by RCPOA and unrepresented Police Officer Trainee classification; and <br />3. Adopt a resolution approving an appropriation amendment to the FY 2024-2025 general fund budget <br />to increase expenditures in the amount of $705,000 for increased salary and benefit costs related to the <br />RCPOA Successor Memorandum of Understanding and unrepresented Police Officer Trainee classification <br />that begin in FY 2024-25. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN GUIDING PRINCIPLE <br />Excellence in Government Operations <br />BACKGROUND <br />Due to the dynamic nature of providing services to the community and as service needs and City <br />operations evolve over time, City staff review the organization to recommend changes in support of the <br />City’s Strategic Plan and to improve operating efficiency and service delivery. <br />6.I. - Page 1 of 84 <br />231
