Existing Facilities <br />6.F.Final acceptance of the Police Department Emergency Lobby Door Replacement <br />Project <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve the City Manager's emergency action and determine <br />replacement of Police Department’s lobby door was necessary to respond to the <br />emergency, retroactively authorize the City Manager's execution of a <br />Construction Agreement with Allegion Access Technologies LLC in an amount not <br />to exceed $22,725, accept the project, and authorize the release of bonds and <br />retention according to City procedures. <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 1.
