By motion, approve the Parcel map for the merger at 500 Broadway of Stanford Health Care Block E; <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Subdivision Improvement Agreement <br />with Stanford Health Care; <br />3. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Landscape Maintenance Agreement <br />with Stanford Health Care; and <br />4. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Third Amendment to the Stormwater <br />Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement with Stanford Health Care. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN GUIDING PRINCIPLE <br />Economic Vitality <br />BACKGROUND <br />This project is Phase 2 of the Stanford Precise Plan, development of Block E. This phase includes a nine <br />story 265,000 square foot medical office building, a three-level parking structure, and various site <br />improvements. On December 5, 2023, the Planning Commission conditionally approved a Planned <br />Community Permit (PC2019-003) and Tentative Map (TM2019-005) through Resolution No. 23-23.
