Page 5 of 9 <br />6.J.Agreement for the City of Redwood City to provide financial and accounting <br />services to South Bayside Waste Management Authority <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement <br />with South Bayside Waste Management Authority for the City of Redwood City <br />to provide financial and accounting services in an amount not to exceed <br />$281,526, for Fiscal Years 2024-25 and 2025-26, with the term beginning on July <br />1, 2024 and ending on June 30, 2026. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.K.Parcel Map and Associated Agreements for the development at 500 Broadway <br />Stanford Health Care, Block E <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve the Parcel map for the merger at 500 Broadway of Stanford <br />Health Care Block E; <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Subdivision <br />Improvement Agreement with Stanford Health Care; <br />3. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Landscape <br />Maintenance Agreement with Stanford Health Care; and <br />4. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Third <br />Amendment to the Stormwater Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement <br />with Stanford Health Care. <br />CEQA: <br />Environmental Impact Report <br />6.L.Award contract to Wilsey Ham Engineers to complete the design for the Core <br />Sewer Capacity Improvement Project, which will upsize current sewer <br />infrastructure near downtown Redwood City <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the <br />Agreement for Services with Wilsey Ham Engineers to develop Plans, <br />Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) and provide civil engineering consulting <br />services for the Core Sewer Capacity Improvement Project in the amount of <br />$655,911 and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to increase the contract <br />amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the contract amount, for a total not-to-exceed <br />amount of $721,502. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />5
