The Developer is also <br />responsible for the maintenance of on-site stormwater treatment measures through the Stormwater <br />Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact to the City as a result of this action. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />The recommended project acceptance action is not a project under the California Environmental Quality <br />Act (CEQA) as defined by CEQA Guidelines, section 15378, because it has no potential for resulting in <br />either a direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment. <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Public notification was achieved by posting the agenda, with the agenda items being listed, at least 72 <br />hours prior to the meeting. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />The City Council may choose not to accept the construction improvements and release bonds; however, <br />this would not be in accordance with the provisions in the signed agreement. <br />6.C. - Page 3 of 47 <br />81
