City customers will have access to <br />Consultant’s AI-based translation feature that enables City customers to <br />communicate with tutors in over 50 languages. <br />SUMMER SKILLS CAMP: Consultant will provide City customers carefully curated <br />lessons and activities to help students avoid the “summer slide.” <br />FLASBULBTM FLASHCARDS: City customers will have 24/7 access from any <br />computer or mobile device to Consultant’s library of online flashcards. City <br />customers can also create their own flashcards. <br />CLOUDPACKTM: Consultant will provide City customers access to their cloud- <br />based drive to store information needed during a tutoring session. City customers <br />can archive documents, class notes, and other materials in their personal <br />CloudPack. <br />(4) The Collaboration Center <br />MEET™ Online Study Groups: Consultant will provide City customers a virtual <br />setting to schedule meetings using the virtual classroom to collaborate on <br />assignments or form online study groups. <br />Brainwave™: Consultant will allow City customers to record their activity on the <br />whiteboard for later playback. City customers will have access to the Brainwave <br />library, consisting of user- and professionally-created Brainwaves. <br />Consultant will provide as part of their HelpNow Academic Support Suite Service at no <br />additional cost to the City: <br />Mobile Application: Consultant’s mobile app is available for free from either the <br />App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android). <br />Accessibility: Access to ADA, FERPA & COPPA compliant services.
