REV: 10-11-24 LF <br />o iOS: iPhone (via Apple App Store) & iPad (via browser or Apple App Store) <br />o Android: Smartphones (via Google Play app store) & Tablets (via browser <br />or Google Play app store). <br />Promotion and Marketing: Consultant’s Client Care Team will work with the City to <br />integrate and simplify access to Consultant’s services, including Print and Digital <br />promotion and marketing materials. All materials are available in Spanish and <br />other languages upon request. <br />Training: Upon request Consultant will provide full onsite training at the beginning <br />of the program and makes available mid-year sessions for new City staff or those <br />that request a “refresher.” Consultant will also provide live trainings webinars upon <br />request. <br />Customer Service: Consultant will actively collect feedback from post-session <br />surveys, customer service written submissions. When feedback is not anonymous, <br />Consultant replies to every feedback submission. <br />Technical Support: Consultant will provide technical support 24 hours a day, 7 <br />days a week, 365 days a year via a toll-free phone number. The City will be <br />assigned a Professional Services Manager for this account. Consultant is <br />responsible for all maintenance and service associated with their HelpNow <br />Academic Support Suite Service. Maintenance (as with every ancillary portion of <br />Consultant’s service) will be provided at no additional cost throughout the entirety <br />of this Agreement. <br />Reports: Consultant will grant the City administrative level access, which includes, <br />but is not limited to, the ability to view customer sessions, run reports, and gather <br />relevant usage data. Usage reports are available in Excel format as an email <br />attachment or embedded in an email for easy import into any standard <br />spreadsheet application. <br />FEES <br />Consultant’s fee includes all costs associated with all-inclusive access to Consultant’s <br />HelpNow Academic Support Suite Service and all ancillary services therein under this <br />Agreement. City will pay Consultant a fixed annual fee of $22,000. <br />Payment for the first year of the Agreement will be made within 30 days following issuance <br />of the invoice after the Agreement is executed.
