REV: 11-22-24 MI <br />EXHIBIT B <br />SCHEDULE OF SERVICES <br />Provider shall provide Task 1 and Task 2. City can elect to add on additional tasks as described <br />in this Schedule of Services. <br />Community Dashboard: <br />Task 1 – One-Time Set up Fee - $5,000 <br />Invoiced after the kick off meeting, within six (6) weeks of contract execution <br />Provider shall provide a communications platform (Community Dashboard), to demonstrate how <br />the City is pursuing climate, sustainability and resilience solutions, track and report on <br />implementation of City Climate Action Plan and progress toward achieving goals, and share ways <br />that community members can take action to help meet sustainability goals. <br />Task 2 – One-Year Full-Service License - $9,500 <br />Invoiced once the site is ready to go live <br />For the full-service license, the annual subscription timeline shall begin upon contract execution. <br />The license shall include ongoing maintenance and the following support services: <br />Hosting, and maintenance of a customized site, including City specific logo, images, and <br />colors <br />Strategic guidance and assistance from Provider on selecting and prioritizing indicators <br />for the dashboard <br />Assistance with the development of storylines based on the data provided <br />Full access for up to five (5) internal users <br />Once the site is live, Provider shall deliver the following monthly services as long as the full- <br />service license is active: <br />30-minute calls at times mutually agreeable by the parties with Provider to review the site <br />and opportunities for enhancement <br />Promotion and communications support in the form of content and/or graphics for social <br />media, blog posts, or e-newsletter <br />Provider shall provide the following services which can be used at any time throughout the <br />remainder of the contract period: <br />Up to 6 hours of site support (updates to data, graphics, or storylines) <br />Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) of the site <br />Community Dashboard Add-on Services and Tools: <br />Task 3 - Technical Support Bundle - $100/hr. in 6-hour increments <br />Invoiced as needed and requested <br />Provider shall provide additional assistance with and support beyond what is included in the full- <br />service license for collecting data for the dashboard or with identifying and collecting data for a <br />new metric.
