REV: 11-22-24 MI <br />Provider shall deliver one type of core communications support every month - either four social <br />media posts with one graphic, one blog post, or content for one newsletter. Additional support of <br />the selected communications tactic (i.e., two blog posts/month) or multiple tactics delivered <br />each month (i.e., four social media posts and one blog post) shall be charged as noted above. <br />Task 5 - Annual Report - $1,500/year <br />Provider shall provide staff training and support to develop an annual Climate Action Plan report <br />using the dashboard features. <br />Task 6 - Resource Center - $1,500/year <br />Provider shall provide dashboard tool and populate tool with initial customized topics and <br />resources for community members to learn about and take action on sustainability. <br />Task 7 - Communications and Engagement Tools - $1,500 each <br />Provider shall provide the following optional interactive features, including support from Provider <br />to set up each tool on the dashboard. <br />Story Maps: Multi-screen story maps with customized information on projects, programs, <br />or sustainability topics are embedded in the dashboard. <br />Quick Polls & Quizzes: Single or multi-screened polls that ask pointed questions or test <br />knowledge are embedded in the dashboard. The tool reports result in either charts, <br />graphs, or excel format. <br />Calculators: Multi-question calculators determine costs for sustainability measures or <br />strategies or to determine carbon footprint for community members are embedded in the <br />dashboard.
