<br />PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
<br />THE LAND REFERRED TO HEREIN BELOW IS SITUATED IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, IN THE
<br />COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AND IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
<br />Parcel I:
<br />Lots Two and Three, as shown on Parcel Map No. 97-2, Sequoia Station II, filed June 27, 1997, in Book 69
<br />of Parcel Maps, at Pages 88 through 91, inclusive, San Mateo County Records.
<br />Excepting therefrom all minerals and mineral rights, interest and royalties, including, without limiting, the
<br />generality thereof, oil, gas and other hydrocarbon substances, as well as metallic or other solid minerals, in
<br />and under the property which are more than 500 feet below the surface, as excepted in that certain Corporation
<br />Grant Deed dated April 24, 1992, executed by Southern Pacific Transportation Company, a Delaware
<br />corporation to San Mateo County Transit District, a municipal corporation of the State of California and
<br />recorded concurrently herewith as Document No. 92065491.
<br />Also excepting therefrom all minerals and oil, gas and other hydrocarbon substances under said land below a
<br />depth of which 500 feet without right of surface entry, as reserved in deed to Glenn W. Greer and Jean M. Greer,
<br />his wife and recorded September 21, 1977 in Book 7607 at Page 553 (File No. 74492-AL), Official Records of
<br />San Mateo County, California.
<br />Also excepting therefrom any portion thereof within the horizontal boundaries of Lot 1 as shown and defined on
<br />the map of Sequoia Station filed November 21, 1994, Book 124 of Maps, Pages 64 through 74, inclusive, San
<br />Mateo County Records.

<br />Center Access Easement
<br />An easement for access purposes over and across a portion of Lot 1, as shown on that certain map of “Sequoia
<br />Station,” filed for record on November 21, 1994 in Book 124 of Maps at Page(s) 64-74 of Official Records of
<br />San Mateo County, situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, more
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the northeasterly terminus of that certain course shown as north 84° 37’ 48” east 42.28 feet on
<br />the northerly boundary of said map of “Sequoia Station;” thence along the northeasterly line of said map south
<br />52° 09’ 15” east 12.61 feet; thence south 37° 50’ 45” west 202.37 feet over and across Lot 1 and along the
<br />northwesterly line of said Lot 2; thence leaving last said line south 88° 23’ 28” west 25.18 feet; thence north
<br />42° 58’ 58” east 36.98 feet; thence north 47° 01’ 02” west 36.81 feet to a point on the northwesterly line of
<br />said map of “Sequoia Station;” thence along said northwesterly line north 41° 26’ 13” east 149.56 feet; thence
<br />along the northerly line of said map north 84° 37’ 48” east 42.28 feet to the point of beginning.

<br />An easement for utility purposes over and across a portion of Lot 1, as shown on that certain map of “Sequoia
<br />Station,” filed for record on November 21, 1994 in Book 124 of Maps at Page(s) 64-74 of Official Records of
<br />San Mateo County, situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, more
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the southwesterly terminus of that certain course shown as north 37° 44’ 51” east 1.61 feet
<br />along the northeasterly boundary of the map of “Sequoia Station;” thence south 37° 50’ 45” west 0.17 feet;
