The upper vertical limit is elevation 13.63’, City <br />of Redwood City Datum. <br />Loading and Storage Easement <br />An easement for loading and storage purposes over and across a portion of Lot 1, as shown on that certain <br />map of “Sequoia Station,” filed for record on November 21, 1994 in Book 124 of Maps at Page(s) 64-74 of <br />Official Records of San Mateo County, situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of <br />California, more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the most northerly corner of said Lot 2 as shown on said map of “Sequoia Station;” thence <br />along the northwesterly line of said Lot 2 south 37° 50’ 45” west 51.58 feet to the true point of beginning; <br />thence over and across said Lot 1 south 06° 41’ 48’ east 15.04 feet; thence over and across said Lot 1 south 75° <br />49’ 51” west 17.15 feet to said northwesterly line of Lot 2; thence along said northwesterly line north 37° 50’ <br />45” east 24.24 feet to the point of beginning. <br />The lower vertical limit of this easement is elevation 0.00’.
