REV: 12-09-24 MI <br />Task 6: Final Report and Analysis: The final phase involves compiling a <br />comprehensive User Fee Study, complete with findings and recommendations. <br />The report will include: <br />o A detailed breakdown of fees and associated justifications. <br />o Supporting documentation that demonstrates the methodology used. <br />o Preparation of additional materials, including a draft resolution, staff <br />report, and any appendices needed for public presentation and Council <br />adoption. <br />Fee <br />Consultant will be compensated on an hourly basis according to the costs and fee <br />schedule below, and in accordance with Section 6, Compensation. Consultant shall <br />submit monthly itemized invoices. <br />The costs and fee schedule represents an “up-to” amount, where the City will only be <br />charged for the actual hours spent on the listed tasks. <br />Incidental costs incurred for the purchase of other travel and out-of-pocket expenses will <br />be reimbursed at actual cost, with the total not to exceed $500 per year without prior <br />authorization from the City. <br />ATTY/AGR.2024.230/SCI Consulting Group (Canabis Fee Study) (Page 12 of 12)
