Project Extension Agreement <br />November 5, 2024 <br />Veterans Memorial Building/Senior Center — YMCA Joint Project — Phase 1 <br />TBC will provide 3 full time superintendents on the project site until substantial completion is <br />achieved. These superintendents will be provided at no additional cost to the City. <br />5. Minimum Amount of Field Labor. <br />TBC will provide a minimum of 50 construction workers on the site and dedicated to <br />completing the project until it is unproductive during interior work. These workers will be provided <br />at no additional cost to the City. <br />6. Change Order for Outstanding Issues. <br />By November 5, 2024, the City and TBC will execute a change order in the amount of $731,801 <br />as full and final satisfaction for all currently pending changes approved by Gilbane via email. <br />Parties reserve and do not release time related issues. <br />7. Payment of Project Management Expenses. <br />TBC will pay for all reasonable consultant and project management expenses of the City after <br />February 28, 2025, or until termination or final completion, whichever is earlier. <br />8. Substantial Completion Date. <br />TBC will achieve substantial completion by March 15, 2025. Failure to meet this date will be <br />a material contractual default by TBC and will result in the immediate termination of TBC for <br />cause. TBC will vacate the site and assign all necessary subcontracts to the City. TBC reserves the <br />right to contest this termination through the contract dispute process for delays arising from <br />changes made after the date of this Agreement. <br />9.
