REV: 12-12-24 LF <br />The dates selected for Leadership Council meetings for 2024-25 include: <br />Thursday, October 17, 2024 from 9:00 AM–10:30 AM <br />Thursday, January 16, 2025 from 9:00 AM–10:30 AM <br />Thursday, March 20, 2025 from 9:00 AM–10:30 AM <br />Thursday, May 15, 2025 from 9:00 AM–10:30 AM <br />Wednesday, June 18, 2025 from 9AM-12PM (Joint Policy Meeting) <br />The dates selected for Leadership Council meetings for 2025-26 include: <br />Thursday, October 16, 2025 from 9:00 AM –12:00 PM <br />Thursday, January 15, 2026 from 9:00 AM–10:30 AM <br />Thursday, March 19, 2026 from 9:00 AM–10:30 AM <br />Thursday, May 21, 2026 from 9:00 AM–10:30 AM <br />Thursday, June 18, 2026 from 9:00AM-12PM (Joint Policy Meeting) <br />Redwood City Together Executive Team <br />Role: Oversees operational coordination of Redwood City Together initiatives by <br />supporting and advising the Executive Director, reviewing data and aiding the evaluation <br />of programs and initiatives, making recommendations to the Leadership Council <br />regarding policy, program and resource allocation, identifying challenges and community <br />needs and developing suggestions for solutions, aligning the values and purposes of <br />member organizations and Redwood City Together, building and maintaining <br />collaborative, cross-sector relationships, developing and monitoring financial resources, <br />and promoting integration of efforts. <br />Membership: Each Redwood City Together collaborative partner is entitled to <br />membership on the Executive Team. Typically, the member will be the Chief Executive <br />Officer of the organization or serve at the senior management level. In the event of an <br />unforeseen circumstance, an Executive Team member can designate a proxy only once <br />during Fiscal Years 2024-26 to attend an Executive Team meeting on their behalf. <br />Structure: The Executive Team will annually select a Chair from its members, who will <br />be responsible for co-leading the meetings of the Executive Team in partnership with the <br />Executive Director, serving as liaison between the Executive Team and the Leadership <br />ATTY/AGR.2024.198/San Mateo County Health (Membership Agreement FY24-26) (Page 8 of 11)
